Spoiled Rotten...who, me??

Well, this past weekend my dear sweet Joey decided that i needed some time away. It had been a rough week ...physically, but moreover I was stressed emotionally. Although we had just returned from our family vacation I was already feeling overwhelmed. After my sweet hubby noticed my crying he decided to treat me to a WONDERFUL dinner out...however, that wasn't all. We ate dinner at Gloria's- a delicious Mexican food restaurant. Then we went for ice cream. Then Joey drove to this beautiful hotel....The Hilton Fort Worth!! It was incredibly nice and then I walked into the hotel room only to find a present of foot scrub, foot lotion and many other item for Joey to give me a great pedicure!! I can't believe he had done all this for ME!! For ME? I felt truly spoiled rotten. It was great and I am so thankful for this wonderful man the God has given me.

Way too fast...

my baby is growing up way too fast....she looks so beautiful this morning. We are on our way to church here in a few..and she is dressed in a new outfit with bow and shoes to match...and she is ADORABLE of course!!! But here I sit looking at my baby stand almost all by herself...and I want to cry. She looks like a baby with that yellow paci in her mouth, but standing there in such a grown up outfit I can't help but realize that she is not a baby anymore...she is growing up and I can't stop it. I can't wait to see what each day brings, but I would also like to keep her a baby as long as possible.

Family Vacay 2009

We had a wonderful time at the annual Taylor Family Reunion this year. This year we took a little different journey, but ended up in the same place...Fall Creek Falls, TN. Had a great visit with the family and the kids loved playing in the pool. On Monday we made our way to Chattanooga and spent 3 glorious days with our family...the Guths....love em!!! We have so much fun each year...shopping, shopping, talking, eating and shopping!!! We then came on to AR and spent one night with our wonderful Ward family! And then we traveled back home that Friday...it was a LONG car ride and we were finally back home in our own beds...so nice. It was great and something we look forward to every year.
